Should you seek review of a Toyota/Lexus decision by the Third Party Evaluator, you need to submit your written materials to Mr. Ates within 90 days from the date of the denial letter from Toyota/Lexus. Please see page 14, section 9(d) of the Settlement Agreement for details as to how and when claims decisions by Toyota/Lexus may be reviewed by the Third Party Evaluator.
